Why a Destination Wedding?
“Ellie and I wanted to do something that would enable us to spend as much time with our friends and family,” Nicole explained, “Some of our favorite experiences together have been our travel adventures. We got excited thinking about planning a memorable vacation for everyone.”

“The entire weekend was our favorite!” Nicole said. One highlight? “A memorable moment was the day everyone arrived. Samantha helped us coordinate everyone’s travel from airport arrival to the port, and then a boat ride to the resort. Our guests all said that the transport coordination was simple, making the arrival very exciting and enjoyable. It was a great way to greet everyone for the weekend.”
Nicole and Ellie cherished having time to truly enjoy their loved ones in such a beautiful setting, the Impression Isla Mujeres. “Spending time with our favorite people in a gorgeous place was great. Remembering our ceremony and walking down the aisle will remain a favorite memory of ours forever!”

Their goal was to create a luxurious yet effortless experience for their guests, and it worked. “Most of our guests had never seen this side of Mexico. The all-inclusive was perfect. The food was delicious, and no one had to worry about where to eat. The staff at this resort was also great.” Nicole shared.

Navigating Challenges
Like any event, unexpected situations arose, but Nicole and Ellie found comfort in the support they received. “Our guests had some issues at the resort with a long wait time for their luggage (almost one hour). I know that Samantha had multiple conversations with Amstar transport and Impression Isla Mujeres in anticipation of our guests’ arrivals and departures. She helped us to understand everything going on with the process. Samantha was truly an asset, and we were appreciative to have her as part of our wedding team.”
